explanation/apology

After fuckworm did his ad banner thing, it got me thinking that there are a few really simple ways that people could mess with the board. I decided to write to the board admins about this, but wanted to test it to see if it was a problem first. I know how to fix it and how to prevent the board from allowing it while still letting HTML get posted, otherwise I wouldn't have brought it up at all (why alert trolls to a tool when there is no fix but turning off html?).

In other words, sorry if I scared anyone! Sorry if the admins got mad! I'm actually just trying to SAVE our HTML priveledges. :)
