I recently came across my new favourite relaxation drink (well, not favourite, but close) - sugar dissolved in a mug of milk. Here's the recipe
1 mug (ceramic cup) of milk (2%)
2.5-3 spoons of sugar
Mix all ingredients in a mug. Heat milk in microwave only a little - barely noticeable, so that it can dissolve all the suger. Drink.

Try honey. That works really well. I've never tried it with sugar, but I can't imagine sugar would hold a candle to the golden nectar of the bees.

I tried it with honey a while ago. It wouldn't dissolve/mix properly, even if I heated it. All I had was a goo at the bottom.

Ah, see, the trick here is that you're using a microwave... you've got to heat this stuff on the stove top over low heat for a while, and stir it a bit, and such. Get the milk nice and hot, then put in the honey, stirring. Always stirring, stirring, stirring towards freedom!
Really, it's worth it. Although you've got to make more than one cup's worth at a time, but who wouldn't want a whole pot full of warm, sweet, milky goodness?

Mmm, I just got creative and made a delicious mix. I ran out of milk halfway up the mug, so I filled about a third with whipping cream and the last sixth with chocolate milk, then dissolved the sugar.
That was awesome. :D  :D

Wow. I'm in awe. That must have been one strange trip. I think I'm making a stop at the grocery store on the way home today. It's a high of 20, and I can think of nothing better than to go home tonight and read a book or watch a movie with a steaming hot cup of milk sugar cream chocolate.
Wow.

I highly recommend it ;)
Although something reacted with the chocolate milk, and there're little brown blobs at the bottom of the cup... still tastes good, thouh :)
