You don't. Smoking is a bad habit, and it's not worth the hassle of starting. I realise this isn't a GQ answer, but I don't think its a question that should be posted here, or answered, anyways. You're better off buying a pack of gum....

Generally I would say put the device up to your lips and suck. Then blow the air/smoke that has accumulated into your lungs, out.
