I am trying to think of all the Jedi battles against other Jedi, or Sith Lords, or whatever you call them. Not larger battles that the Jedi participate in against armies and such, but specific one-on-one (or one-on-two or two-on-two or maybe even three) battles.

Did I forget any?

Excuse my laziness in asking you guys instead of watching 8 hours of LaserDiscs and DVDs right now...

Episode I: TPM

Darth Maul kills Qui-Gon Jinn
Obi-Wan Kenobi kills Darth Maul
Episode II: AoTC

Count Dooku defeats Obi-Wan Kenobi
Count Dooku defeats and mames Anakin Skywalker
Yoda defeats Count Dooku, but Dooku gets away
(or should I be calling Count Dooku Darth Tyrannus instead?)
Episode IV: ANH

Darth Vader kills Obi-Wan Kenobi
Episode V: TESB

Darth Vader defeats and mames Luke Skywalker, who gets away
Episode VI: RotJ

The Emperor (Darth Sidious?) defeats Luke Skywalker
Darth Vader turns on and kills The Emperor

Is that it? Or am I forgetting one here and there (it's late)?

In TPM, Qui-Gon fights Darth Maul on Tatooine, but leaves before anything is really decided. Other than that, your list looks pretty complete to me.

Oh, and you're forgetting the huge battle between Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker in RoTJ, which leads to the Emporer defeating Luke.
