Definitely Jennifer Aniston. In terms of pure physical attractiveness, I find her prettier than Spears. But it's personality that gives her the edge. Aniston seems to be good-humored, relatively articulate and easy to talk to, whereas Spears is dumber than a wet sock.

It takes guts to act out a part being so vapid vapid and dorky as Anniston has protrayed rachel trhoughout the series. She might never be Oscar material, but she does a pretty good job as a runner up to Meg Ryan in the Romantic Comedy genre, which is my fave of all movie genres and the hardest one to do well.
In the movies I've seen her, she is at least credible and human, not just a barbie doll. I can easily see her in sweat pants and thick socks, curled up on the couch and playing PS2 games while munching on Oreos and drinking milk. This combined with her looks make her girlfriend material.
BS is just BS. She's so stupid, trash cans seem smart. Being that stupid makes her un-hot, even though she's kinda good looking with the right clothes, makeup and phosowork. Smart is sexy. Stupid is a turn off.
