heterochromia and hemihypertrophy

what are the odds, percentages of someone (that being me) having the condition of hemihypertrophy and heterochromia? is there a connection between the two?

This website says there are only 700 cases worldwide and that the "etiology is unknown", meaning it's pretty rare and they don't know what causes it.
