I'm looking for a copy of the Professional Baseball Agreement. This is the document that binds the major and minor leagues. Some of the more famous rules from this document include Rule 5 (which covers major league teams drafting players from other team's minor league systems) and Rule 21, which prohibits betting on baseball (which Pete Rose fell afoul of).

I have been looking for this document online somewhere and have not been able to find it. Does anyone here know where (if?) this document is available online?

BobT, thanks, but that's not it.

That's the Collective Barganing Agreement, which is between the NA and the players. I'm looking for the Professional Baseball Agreement, between Major League Baseball and the National Association.

I had once emailed MLB about the Professional Baseball Agreement. They said they would send it to me, but sent me the CBA instead by mistake.

In that case, I think you're SOL when it comes to it being online.
