This thread, lest anyone be offended, is meant as a joke. For example:

I'm a bisexual, left-handed agnostic theist who follows baseball and prefers his women unskinny.

My friend Amy is a pagan lesbian from England with a split personality ... her alter is a 23-year-old man from Iowa with a farmboy accent.

There was a thread similar to this in IMHO recently (within a few months) of stereotyping based on ethnicity and such. I wonder if this will be similar:)

I see. So the question is something like, "What is the shortest list of characteristics that would describe you and no one else?" Interesting...

30-year-old straight male, native of Jacksonville, Florida, who loves Samuel Beckett and NASCAR, Beethoven and Minor Threat; has lived at 31 different addresses in his life; speaks English, French, Japanese, and a smidgen of Mandarin; and doesn't consume sweets in any form (ice cream, chocolate, candies, cakes, &c.--yuk).

(Hope I haven't missed the point completely.)

Pretty much a short list of characteristics that describe only you. In case bisexual agnostic theist wasn't enough, and on the off-chance that there are two of us who are left-handed ... :)

I'm an unskinny, blue eyed, left-handed southern belle full of pink champagne (that fizzes to the top when I laugh) who enjoys the Backstreet Boys and Dave Matthews Band and has a strong adversion to jelly belly jelly beans.

Ambidextrous slightly-hearing-impaired bisexual grey-eyed mandolin-playing southern goth Deist who speaks Italian, French, and a smattering of Welsh.

This is perilously close to turning into a rather wierd personal ad column.

"Wanted: Lefthanded, bisexual agnostic theist who follows football."

Damn!

FTR, I'm a tall blond, blue-eyed lefthanded English scientist.

And I voted yesterday.

I was neither breast-fed nor bottle-fed.

Not unique yet? What shall I add?

I have visited all 50 states of the USA, and have visited three foreign countries.

Still not good enough?

I can touch part of one ear with my tongue.

I'm a secular Neo-pagan Esperanto-speaking SF-reading cartoonist, webmaster, and technical writer who... is profoundly uninterested in hockey, even though he's Canadian; doesn't subscribe to cable or any other form of television service; listens to trance, ambient, electronica, folk, and classic rock, but not country, rap, or jazz; prefers his women unskinny, multilingual, and with little makeup, but is willing to negotiate; has friends who were, metaphorically speaking, on both sides of the barricades at Quebec City and Seattle; and... owns both a worm composter and a PalmPilot.

And I vote too. :)

Hmm.. let's see..

I'm a straight, short, chubby Protestant Chinese woman with glasses who likes to play around on the Internet, likes reading stuff as diverse as true crime and musicians' biographies, listens to music as diverse as the Newsboys (Christian pop/rock group) and Eminem, loves spicy food, has a thing for accents, likes watching hockey, likes little kids, likes making lists (one of them is infamously called the BootybaseTM), and loves being with her friends.

Enough for you yet? :D

Good Morning, World. I'm a weight-challenged Jew-Quaker-Pacifist-Atheist who is visually driven, artistic and loves to laugh.

I adore unskinny women and being near water. I'm positively verkelmpt if I'm IN water WITH an unskinny woman. I think that's about it.

Oh no, wait. I have enormous hands and feet. ;)

I'm a Charleston born and bred, non-skinny, sarcastic, silly girl who likes wrestling, local rock, hates Madonna with an all-out passion and collects stuff with the sun on it.

I have a passion for extremely tall guys. And guys with red hair. :D

Tall, somewhat skiny, long hair, heavy metal freak. Ok so that's not enough. Ride motorcycles across country. Still not enough. Plays bass trombone. That helped, but... I love to play golf. There that should top it off!

I'm a Texas, (PK/TO)x2, Lutheran, fiercely-liberal on most issues but a bit conservative on some, choirboy debater who likes tea but not coffee (green/earl grey/oolong), who gets called "gentlemanly" on various occasions (whatever that means), and drinks from three mugs exclusively.

One has my school blazon on the front.
One has an Einstein quote.
And one has Mickey Mouse! Yay!

Don't worry. My fourth will be a Straight Dope mug, of course. :)

Oh, to top things off, I'm a Texan with NO discernable accent (save standard American English, of course). Folks up here just can't believe it!

Wow, change "redhead" to "blond" and "girl" to "guy" and this is me.

(Oh yeah, and "her" to "his," of course.)
