I just saw the restored/re-edited version of Fritz Lang's Metropolis.
What a wonder:
Very strong female lead, class warfare, religious imagery, science fiction, and this in a film from the silent era.
Anybody else see it? Like to hear your thoughts.

Oh, we've had about six Restored Metropolis threads, I think. Not that I'm complaining...beats LOTR and Buffy.
...but you're all just doin' it to get under Fenris's skin, am I correct?

WOO-HOO! The bastards finally relented! Apparently my threats about releasing compromising pictures of the restorers finally worked!
According to their site, they're gonna show it in Denver!
I don't hate you all any more!
