I figure 2 hrs/day for myself, usually a single movie.

Well, if you count DVD's as TV, then a lot. At LEAST 4 movies a week.
If you're talking about regular TV, not a lot.
Just the really dumb reality shows, Big Brother and Survivor.

I pretty much just watch CSI and the news.
Anywhere from none to 4 hours a day. During the week, I tend to watch reruns of King of the Hill and The Simpsons when I get home from work...but not always...and I almost always watch MASH reruns at midnight...but not always. And sometimes if my roommate puts in the TV, I'll watch whatever she's watching.

Generally, I have my tv ON in the area of 5-6 hours a day, but whether or not I'm actually watching it is another story. Pretty much I just have the tv on whenever I'm home as company. I'd say I watch 2-3 hour on weekdays and more on weekends.

Generally a couple of hours a week (alamost always sports) unless you include DVD's. I probably watch a movie every 2 or 3 days.

I've been actively weening myself off a TV addiction. I'm down to 1 show I must watch a week (Friends, which I got addicted to since they put it on after Seinfeld). I occasionally watch the local and national news, most news I get is from the internet. I do record Toonami every weekday but only watch the new shows that I like. Oh, and I do try to watch whatever's new on Adult Swim, especially Home Movies. But if I miss something it's no big deal. So right now 90 minutes a day. 120 come next monday.
Walking is my anti-TV.

I haven't owned a television for over 7 years, and rarely miss it.

I used to watch a lot of TV.
Now most of my time is spent in front of the computer.

In the summertime, none. In the wintertime, a few hours of programs like Nova, National Geograpic a week. Most commercial TV sucks big time.

During basketball season: 8-10 hours a week.
Not during basketball season: 2-3 hours a week.
Plus movie waching: 4 hours a week.
Raptors games are the main reason we watch TV.

Less than an hour a week, and never just watching TV by itself - I'm reading, or cleaning, or paying bills, etc. We rent maybe one movie every 3 months. The kids watch about an hour a day.
I grew up in a house where the TV was on all the time. I don't like the background noise, am not into televised sports, and there are few shows that interest me (and I always forget when they're on!).I'd just rather read. :)

About 15 minutes of ESPN before I go to work on weekdays and NASCAR races on the weekend. If I remember and don't have to work weekends, I try to catch the Red Green show on Friday nights. I haven't watched any primetime TV in years, I go to bed at 8 pm.

Lets see.
1 hour of the Simpson’s a day 5 days a week
1 hour of King of the Hill 4 days a week
~5 hours of WWE a week (I'm usually surfing or gaming while its on and only pay attention to the guys a I like)
~2.5 hours of regularly scheduled prime time TV (all on FOX except for the Drew Carey Show)
~3 hours of NASCAR for 10 months a year (superceded by the NFL)
~12 hours of NFL 5 months a year (this takes away some of the WWE watching depending on who is playing/wrestling on Monday night)
Add in the odd baseball game, History Channel/Discovery/TLC show, South Park (if I catch it), VH1 Rockumentary or if anything good comes on Speedvision.
I'm going to guess I watch an average of 30 hours a week of TV a year. Most of that I'm also on the computer or playing with the kids like I've been doing most of the day today.

Half an hour per week, if there's a new episode of The Simpsons. Otherwise none.
