It's that time again - Tuesdays between 2pm and 5pm PST, when all the Dopers are reading the next installment of The Onion and the SDMB cruises along. :D

If you'll excuse me, I'll be back later...

I just wanna know...Where the frack is Jean Teasdale? Have they discontinued her column? If they have, I'll just have to curl up with my stuffed animals, a Patrick Swayze movie, and a candy bar the size of Montana!

And is anyone else getting that uncloseable ad at the bottom of the page? What's up with that!

Every week the Onion finds a new way to squeeze more ads onto the screen that we can't get rid of. I'm beginning to be impressed.

Reilly, I know where to find the old columns. What I don't know is if there will ever be another new column. Didn't they ax T. Herman Zweibel? Now, I wasn't sorry to see him go, but Jean...

I usually pick up the paper edition. I pass by about a hundred The Onion newstands every day. Aren't you jealous? :p

Nope, because I can do the same thing. And they turn up on the floors of lecture halls all over.

I was showing you how you can view the Onion without "that uncloseable ad at the bottom of the page". You're welcome.

It's OK, I wasn't too specific in my reply.--DHR
