View Full Version : Can anyone identify this movie by my VERY vague description?
I saw a movie a while back, and I wish I could remember what it was called. I only remember one part. There are some guys in a car, and one guy is about dead. So they stop, and one guy grabs the dying guy (they were friends, so someone else must have shot him) and dumps his body in this drain thing in the street. The dying guy had brown hair and a goatee. Thats all I can remember!
Does anyone know what movie I am talking about? I realize this is incredibly vague and could possibly apply to more than one movie.

I sure hope you're not having one of those acid flashbacks they told us about in the 70's.
Pretty sure thats "The Sound of Music" your talking about there...
NO!! It couldn't have been less than 3 years ago that I saw it. I know what I'm talking about! I told you it was vague...

Sounds like an outtake from Reservoir Dogs. But that isn't it, I'm pretty sure.

Lightfoot, Bridges, always wanted to ride in a white Cadallic convertible that he paid cash for right out of the show room. In whatever heist they pulled,, he injured his head somehow. Clint was Thunderbolt and he honored his dying friend's wish. Then LF died, TB dumped him in a river, and went away with all the money
good movie

A little late there, NoClueBoy. And may I say how apt your user name is? :D

Yeah, that's why I chose that username. Works in relationships, too.
Besides, Blink kinda spoilered it anyways in the OP, but I gotta stop posting late at night after a couple of shots.
Still, it's a great movie. Even George Kennedy is good in it, and that's saying something!
Oh, well... (see? I do know how to do it.)
I don't think that is it. Because I know they threw him in a drain thing in the street (like the kind with a metal grate over it), not a river, and im pretty sure it was a black car.

Wow, I wonder how many times that kind of ending has been used in a movie?
I don't know how you would word the search, but try here (http://us.imdb.com/).

Could it be Blood Simple?

Nobody gets thrown in a drain or a river in _Blood Simple_. Somebody gets buried in a field though.

I was thinking of the sequence before the burial in Blood Simple. It's been a while since I saw the movie, the guy being half dead is what made me think of it.
