I notice Tony Robbins is back on tv lately and now instead of the 30-day program to better body, better career, and better relationships, etc., he has the 7-day program for the already busy person. Everyone is cheering in the audience, and he is waving his arms enthusiastically. You send away for tapes I think it is and follow instructions. Is this program any good? Important celebrities are on giving testimonials, and it even enables you to lose weight. How can one tell whether to purchase this program to get motivated or somebody else's?
And if you just get out of it what YOU put into it, then why bother to get it in the first place?
I mean everybody always already knows that one should get busy, eat right, exercise, stay active, concentrate, etc.
