Visa Check Cashing Card -- No ID

Do I have to have a Visa Check Cashing Card to not be asked for ID or any Visa card? I get asked for ID all the time with Visa debit card/credit card.

What do you mean "check cashing card?" I think you may have it confused with the Visa Check Card, AKA the Visa debit card you already have. Asking for photo id is a reasonable bit of fraud protection.

This isn't IMHO, but if it was, I would say that in my opinion this is wrong, in my opinion not at all reasonable, and for a fact is specifically disallowed by the merchant's credit card merchant agreement.

Sign your card. Don't show your ID.
