jeff olsen, i'm not exactly sure what u think is going on in that picture, but to me it sure looks like the turn is going to the cars left and the car is leaning to its right.......that's what happens in any car making a sharp turn

You can tilt a narrow tire with a rounded section, such as a motorcycle or *very* light car. A heavy car requires wide tires with rectangular cross section and you can't tilt those.

It was purposely designed with a soft independent suspension to provide as much traction as possible when cornering. Cars like the one in the OP dropped one wheel and reversed the lean.
