i just thought of this really good dessert. i can't remember the indian name, but it's like shredded carrots, warmed and sweetened with raisins and almond slivers, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. so good!

I like my carrots raw, I usually eat a handful of baby carrots a day, but I don't like them caked, juiced, coked, or any other way. Just plain raw. Of course I'm the same with many veggies, so I'm just weird.
