Remeber those guys (from the late 1970's)? They predicted:
-massive food shortages by the 1990's-they said that famines would be widepsread in Africa in the 1990's
-ouil fields empty; they predicted that crude oil production would sharply decline by the 1980's
-metals like copper, amluminum, etc., would soar in price, as supplies became depleted
What happened to these guys..did they ever have the courage to admit that they were wrong about just about EVERY prediction that they made?
Or is there still a gloom and doom scenario-just moved up a few decades?
