My company has recently discovered that our long-distance carrier, without notifying us, more than doubled our rates several months ago. Unfortunately it took us dim bulbs more than a year to figure out what was going on. Can they legally do that? And is there any sort of recourse for us, assuming the bastards intend to keep the money?
