In the NHL, is the production of goals, per minutes played, higher 4/4 vs 5/5 (goalie playing)?

I don't have actual proof, but the general undersranding is that it's far higher in 4 v 4.

Players with high speed and technique (goal scorers) have far more room to practice their "craft". And thus more goals are produced.

Cite (http://www.nhl.com/columns/eliot/overtime112103.html)

As it says in the cite, goals are scored in overtime(4 vs. 4) at a rate of one every 10 minutes and in regulation at a rate of one every 12 minutes. Now it doesn't differentiate between when the goals were scored in regulation whether it be 6 on 4, 5 on 4, 4 on 4, etc. But you could assume that the rate for 5 on 5 would be slightly higher than the rate for regulation.

Hope this helps.
