Life is Beautiful. This is one of the best movies I've ever seen. I'm wondering what all you other dopers think. Also, which was better, the subtitled or dubbed version? I liked the subtitles myself.

I enjoyed it very much. I was able to relate to the feeling of protecting your child and his feelings, etc., at all costs. Good Movie. I preferred the subtitles.

Excellent movie! I preferred the movie with subtitles but I have also seen it dubbed. The dubbed version really did cut down on my enjoyment of the movie especially since I'd seen the original Italian version.

Wow, I loved this movie. Saw it last February, subtitles, which I loved. I cried like a baby for, hmmm, two-thirds of it. First the love story got me...then the little boy. I have heard a lot of critics disparage it because it is mot realistic, but the emotions behind it certainly are. Incredible movie...I think I am going to rent it tomorrow!!
