I seriously use both hands, and a particular finger arrangement. I place both thumbs close together at the base of my penis where it meets my stomach. I place both middle fingers close together at the base of my penis where it meets by scrotum. I then gently hold the head of my penis (I'm circumcised, just for the record) with the tips of both index fingers. Once "the hold" is in place, it's just a matter of aiming and shooting.
