"Desalinating" after Epsom Salt Bath

So, I took a bath in Epsom salt (blissfully lost track of time, an hour? -and-a-half?) and when I was done, took a shower to wipe the salt off. And another an hour later.

I still taste like salt (don't ask).

How can I desalinate myself so I don't go getting the house all salty?

Should I exercise and try to sweat everything out?

Anyone?

Also, what's a good soak time for Epsom salt baths?
