Will you dead people get outta my dreams?

That's the second dream I've had where I've been talking to a person who is now dead and they've been telling me why they died and who did it. This is starting to worry me. Am I being used as a conduit for the spirits or just eating too much cheese?

The first one didn't even wait till they'd died. When they were missing I dreamt I found them and they explained where they were. The freaky bit was when I woke up, thought 'That was a weird dream. Let's get ready for work' and found a text from them on my phone. Had to wake up a second time to prove I was genuinely awake...

So now I know what exactly happened when they died, what is the correct course of action? And if I mention this to the authorities and am asked where I got the information from, would 'the victim told me in a dream' be considered a reasonable source?

I'm used to having very bizarre dreams. The dead coming to visit me at night is a bit too much even for me :)

No since in my dream we got her safely home. In reality they found the body later :( Not good

It is either cheese or too many late nights. I'm a night owl and oftwen wake up expecting the dream to be true. Dead people are the last of your worries. :)

I've had distressing dreams about people I know in real life. There's a very particular quality to these dreams that is somehow different to normal anxiety dreams.
Thankfully nothing depicted in the dreams has ever come true, but there is always something up with the person in question - feeling ill, lost their job, split up with their partner, that sort of thing.
