You gotta love the AP; how they take a stupid story and manage to make it even stupider:

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia (AP) -- A Malaysian septaugenarian tied the knot in 1957, and tied it again and again - 53 times. This week, he's gone back to where he started, remarrying wife No. 1. "I am not a playboy. I just love seeing beautiful women," Kamaruddin Mohammed, 72, was quoted as saying by the New Straits Times newspaper. Kamaruddin's latest bride, now 74, also was his the first woman he married and divorced. In between marrying Khadijah Udin, in 1957 and again on Monday, the "easy going charmer" married 51 times, including to an Englishwoman and a Thai. He stayed with the Thai the longest, for 20 years, the Times said. His shortest marriage lasted two days. Despite all the repeat marriages, Kamaruddin says he is a one-man woman.

Well, that could explain all the divorces—imagine how surprised the wives were on the wedding night!

Well, unless we see threesomes or cheating, he is one-woman-at-a-time.

Ah, the sanctity of marriage.....

It'll take J-LO 5 or 6 years to match this record.....

It took me a couple readings to catch it too, but Eve was pointing out that the AP's story was calling him a "one-man woman" - in other words, accidentally saying this multiple-times groom is really a woman!

Regarding the first and latest bride, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me." :D

Well, Britney and J-Lo may get married a lot in their lifetimes, but this guy has shown consistency over the years that you just don't see in today's kids. Puts his tuxedo on, grabs the lunchbox and goes to work every single day. That's dedication.

Yeah, but wouldn't that imply that his wives were all men too?

Maybe the AP just messed up on the punctuation, and Kamaruddin said he was "one man-woman." You know, like Mr. B Natural (http://www.mst3kinfo.com/daddyo/di_319s.html). That would also explain the surprise on the wedding night.

"You gotta inspect your horn, boy!"
