All right, you all remember welcome back kotter don't you?
I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get tapes of that show. No they are NOT airing the show on any channel,it hasn't really been on for 6 yrs. They don't make official tapes.

Does anybody know if a TV station who has the tapes will dub them for me if I pay them? I know of many stations that have the tapes but I just get a thank you for your response letter. How do I convince them to dub them for me?
I would pay a lot of money too

Even if they did have the tapes, they could get into serious legal trouble by copying them for you. That material is copyrighted.

You might want to try finding out who owns the copyright and asking them if they are available. If you are willing to pay that much, they make a deal for you...

Putting "welcome back kotter" into Google.com brought up a whole slew of websites. Here's one.

Join an online fan club, get info on what episodes are available on video.

Nick at Nite/TV Land was running them as of a few months ago, and has been for a few years. Check the listings a bit closer perhaps?

Have you tried E-Bay? It's amazing the crap, err um, stuff they sell on there. :D
