A company called Z' Strong International is running radio advertising in the L.A. area for a "bioelectric discharge" device. According to their web site (http://www.zstrong.com):

"Z' Strong is small, and runs on two double 'A' batteries. It has two clips with wires that attach to the back of your ears. Each clip has a copper conductor, which discharges bioelectricity from your body though the back of the ears. This helps the body readjust itself back into balance, so your blood pressure can get back to normal."

This sounds like a HUGE load of fertilizer to me. Has anyone tried this thing? Does it actually work?

Not to point out the obvious, but why would you need a power source (2 AA batteries) to discharge electricity?

If I didn't know better (this being LA nad all), I'd swear this was a wry attempt at getting unsuspecting buyers onto Candid Camera. Imagine walking around with one of these things clipped onto your ears...

Not to mention - how does [meaningless scientifc-sounding phrase] readjusting your bioelectric field back into balance [/meaningless scientific-sounding prhase] help get your blood pressure back to normal? To me that sounds like changing your muffler fluid to reboot your microwave.
