Is it just me, or does the newly-opened Clinton Presidential Library (http://i.a.cnn.net/cnn/interactive/travel/0411/gallery.clinton.library/01.ap.jpg) look like a trailer?

Nah, much nicer than just a trailer. More like a double-wide.

That is exactly what I said last night when we saw it on the news.

You'd think that for 168 million they'd at least throw in a corrugated skirt.

I guess Marc Rich figured he'd given enough.

The skirt will have to wait.

If they put a skirt on it, Bill would surely be lifting it to peek underneath.

It was the first thing I thought when I saw it too. At least I'm not the only one.

No, you're not the only one. He mentioned it himself, in his speech this afternoon.

I was in Little Rock, about 10 years ago..the place looked really rundown..is it still?
Is the Rose Law Firm still in business? Is Webb Hubbell practicing law in Little Rock?

The whole downtown had been drastically remodeled and now includes a River Market district. IMO, It's very nice looking now, and kept neat. There's a huge new library downtown...I think it was completed about 7 years ago? Not sure. A couple of new corporate towers were just recently completed. This site (http://www.downtownlr.com/attractions/) details some of the upcoming and ongoing projects to rejuvenate the LR downtown areas. The Clinton Presidential Center, Rail Car System, and Security Center are already completed. I am eagerly looking forward to the completion of the new Heifer International headquarters, which will be next door to the Clinton Library.

As to The Rose or Webb Hubbell, Meh? Who cares? :p

The Rose Law Firm is still in business (and claims to be the oldest law firm west of the Mississippi). Here's their website:

I believe Hubbell was disbarred after his felony conviction.

Considering my Dad was telling me this afternoon that Rush refers to the library as the "Bill Clinton Memorial Trailer Park & Massage Parlor" I'd say it's not just you.
