Imagine if you will, spending time lurking on your favourite message board. It's almost time to finish work but you linger a moment longer, looking to offer words of wisdom, advice or just make a total fool of yourself.

But lo and behold!! Someone may yet do it for me...

All of a sudden you see your name in the Last Post column.
Again and again and again.

Freaky feeling. I don't think I've got a mental dysfunction (though it would explain the black holes in my memory lately). I don't think I've been cloned (cos then it'd 'dpr dolly'). And I don't think I have an evil twin I don't know about.

But I'm not sure on that last one.

Excuse me, I have to go ring my mum.

Oh this gets better and better....

Now I'm being spammed. Countless emails in the past two hours....

Imitation is supposed to be flattering not irritating.

dpr,

Welcome to the world of cowardly/imposter/emailterroist/trolls. ::sigh:: It will get tired of bothering you soon and move on to a new victim. Several of us have been there.

This too shall pass.

This imposter must not be very bright. In fact, I don't think I've met a dumber piece of shit IRL.

I'd like to say I've known dpr for several years now and he DOESN'T NEED an evil twin.

Hey! Does being impersonated and hounded mean ... *gasp* I've "made it" here on the boards?

Oh gosh... *getting emotional*

And pLt, exactly how are you helping here? *aims a stress ball at his housemate's head*

Yes dpr, welcome to the world of those worthy of impersonation. It's a dirty job, but someone has to do it.

Huggles to you.
