While PRI reigned (and it's hardly as if they've disappeared), Mexico remained relatively stable, but that stability was accompanied by an encrustation of endemic corruption, Can the new guys break the mold, or is it a case of meet the new boss, same as the old boss? I would like to see Mexico shake that skeleton, but I am familiar with it, and it runs deep. Manny of the low level functionaries who represent the basest levels of corruption are on whose side?
