Twitch? No, spasm.

I know Cecil covered this once (must have skimmed), but now I can't find it.
Occasionally I get this whole body twitch sorta thing. It's like a mild muscle and skin spasm, but with no movement. Feels like a mild electric shock, and usually happens when I'm sleepy or high (in the past).
The feeling is mildly pleasant.
Any help from TTM's?

Yes, It feels like a twitch. A lot like a mild electric shock, with no discernable movement.
I think it may be related to epilepsy. Not the Gran Mal type, but the kind most people experience.
