Background:
When the whole subscription thing came up about a year ago, I was overseas. I couldn't read the SDMB due to network restrictions, but I e-mailed the staff, and got my membership reserved and took care of business. I signed up for the two year option, and everything was good-to-go.
Issue at hand:
I plan on being overseas again in a year or so, which oughtta be for a six - eight month stretch (Late Fall '05 - Summer '06). This window will definitely span my membership expiration date (Feb/Mar), but I don't want to expire in more ways than one!. So, just as I'm packing my bags and getting ready to leave, can I "pre-renew" my membership to prevent the lapse?
