Help my friend with her webcam.

Hey,

A friend of mine recently bought a webcam package, which I recommended to her since I have it and it works very well and is very clear. However, on her computer it is coming in with a digital look and I'm not sure what the problem may be.

Her cam is set as mine, but something else must be different about her entire setup. Any suggestions or ideas at all would be helpful. I'm not very good with these things. :smack:

What interface is she using? (USB or Firewire?) That may make a difference, as well as her CPU speed and a host of other possibilities (Memory, Internet connection speed, etc...)
