I became addicted to all of the title shows during the season, and am now having serious withdrawals without them. My M/T/W/R schedule has been completely thrown off, and I was actually pondering going outside for a change. How are you coping, and better yet, do you know of any comparably addictive shows during the summer that I can set my TiVo to?

It's a little late to start now, but I think that this season of The Shield is the best yet.
Rescue Me is also very good, I think it's second season starts up right after The Shield ends.
There's also a new show on FX called Over There, not sure when it starts, but it looks good.

Ditto on The Shield. Also, Battlestar Gallactica is starting up again in July. I'd put that ahead of 24 anyday.
FX has some interesting shows in the queue, but I'm not sure exactly when they start.
Of course, there's always alcohol... :)

Cool. Not familiar with it but I'll check it out.

BG ahead of this <dripping sarcasm>fantastic</dripping sarcasm> season of '24'?!? I'll definitely check it out. Couldn't be any worse, eh?
I've already begun the alcohol replacement therapy and I've found it tends to extend past my accustomed viewing hours. Thus this cry for help before I drink myself into oblivion while waiting for my favorite shows to return.

TAR, Lost, Survivor - amazing seasons! 24, WTF were you thinking? But I still love you all and wish you many happy returns!

I kind of lucked out because I get a Canadian channel with my cable and at least on Tuesdays I can watch Dr. Who.
Wed. I watch That 70s Show which I didn't watch this year because of Lost.
Beyond that, it's either reruns or DVDs. Actually this week has been too hectic to watch much tv anyway.

I recently discovered that I should have been watching House MD instead of TAR. I highly recommend the show, and feel absurdly grateful for re-reun season.

Right now - nuthin'. I am catching up on those episodes of "House" I missed early on.
However, in a couple of weeks they're gonna start rerunning "Veronica Mars" from the beginning. I've heard good things and the one episode I saw I liked, so I'll be watching that one.
Also Fox has a new show conimg out called "The Inside". At first I wasn't going to bother with it. Then I found out that David Fury, a writer for "Lost" and Buffy was on board. I further discovered that there's plent of old Buffy/Angel people involved including Tim Minear and Jane Espenson. So I'll be checking that out.
Which means on Tuesday I'll be watching Veronica Mars and House (taping one until I've seen all of House). Then on Wednesday I'll catch The Inside. THis should hold me for most of the summer.
Any other free time I have, I'll supplement with DVDs. For instance, I found out that I can get the first season of "The 4400" through my library. And the third season of "Monk" comes out soon and will probably be available to rent through my local video store. THat should take care of me.

I'm still enjoying The Shield on Tuesdays, with two episodes left in the season, and I also watch Justice League Unlimited on Saturday nights at 9. But I have a lot of studying to do in the next two months, so I'm actually glad my other shows are over for now.

I obviously get a little too excited when I think about Firefly. Change Friday to Firefly Commentaries.
Next week: LOTR!

Right now, we're watching nothing.
I'm finishing up all the blankets I started crocheting, reading again, and spending more time than I should in friont of the 'puter.

Ditto - and thanks for the heads-up on Veronica Mars. I missed it before due to TAR and I just set up a TiVO season pass so I won't miss it this time.

Real Survivor junkies will stave off withdrawal symptoms by watching reruns on OLN: http://www.olntv.com/htmlpage.asp?htmlid=315
The deal, secured through King World, includes the rights to 10 seasons and more than 160 episodes of the series, as well as options for the next two seasons. Viewers will be able to relive all of the scheming and the physical challenges, the tension-filled Tribal Councils, and the most exciting moments from Survivor history. Who could forget Susan Hawk’s tirade and the bare-all Richard Hatch in Season I? John Dalton lying about his grandmother’s death and Rupert Boneham stealing from the opposing team in Survivor: Pearl Islands? Jenna Morasca and Heidi Strobel stripping for chocolate and peanut butter in Survivor: Amazon? And, of course, Rob Mariano proposing to Amber Brkich on the live reunion show of Survivor: All-Stars?
Shows begin July 24 after the Tour de France and will air Monday-Thursday at 7 pm and 10 pm. All Survivor! All the time!
Me? I'll probably be watching Beauty and the Geek (http://www.thewb.com/Shows/GenericShow/0,11116,228773,00.html).

I am going to add the 4400 to my DVR list. Never seen it, but Sunday during the day, there is a 4400 marathon that plays ALL of last season (before the Season Premiere that night).
But I AM going through TV withdrawal. This is my first season with a DVR, so I watched MUCH more TV this year than any season since I was in High School. Why can't they put Survivor on in the Summer? Isn't that the way it started? :(

I would like to watch a couple of shows, but they keep getting preempted. "Cooking Under Fire" and "Beauty and the Geek" are both missing.
I really really recommend Veronica to everyone. I Tivo'd it this year and watched TAR live. Next year it's up against "Lost" and, frankly, "Lost" is going to lose that battle in my house (but nowhere else! *sob*)

DVDs. Before season end of these series, my dedicated watching was for 24, TAR and Lost. Survivor, if I happened to be home, I'd watch it. So, I could easily go the weekend without turning on the TV except for watching DVDs. Now it's turning into, I'm not watching anything but DVDs. I have Moonlighting in as I type

Well, it's summer, so I may do what I've done the past two summers: MST3K marathons! I copied all my tapes to DVD (two eps per disc) and I just start at the beginning.

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are looking pretty barren right now, except for the World Poker Tour on Wednesday nights. That's why I just bought the following DVDs:
Seinfeld Season 3
Scrubs Season 1
Chappelle Show Season 1
So far, I am loving all three, but Scrubs is leading the pack.
