Shame to hear about the passing of Ed Bishop a while ago.

As well as playing Commander Straker he did voice overs for Gerry Anderson including Captain Blue. And he was the shuttle captain we never hear talking over some Strauss in 2001 A Space Odyssey ;)

Shame to hear about the passing of Ed Bishop a while ago.
I was going to post that it's a shame that he really didn't have a career after UFO. But then I looked at IMDB. He seemed to have kept somewhat busy. Still, he doesn't seem to have garnered the attention his looks indicated he should have had.

I have UFO on DVD, and I've enjoyed watching it again. I was going to watch the series yet again after I finish my Thunderbirds nostalgia trip.
