Any Houstoners familiar with a "Club 410?"

I had an old issue of "Stuff" magazine, and, among other things, was a small blurb about a place in Houston called Club 410. From the small blurb, it looked to be sort of a combination of Coyote Ugly and Hooters. Anyone familiar with this place, and what it was like? Still open?

It's located at 410 Main, hence the name.

Never been there, but here is the Citysearch review (http://houston.citysearch.com/profile/11570911#editorialreview) . Doesn't sound like a place I'd want to visit, but that's just me.
