Yahoo Question

My husband-to-be, Casey was playing Fantasy baseball (I think on Yahoo) and a dude (or dudet?) asked for his birthday and stuff saying it was for the game and Casey naively gave it to him. Well when I got back from lunch I was getting lewd messeges on my Yahoo Messenger which were ot from Casey, but from this person, who used the info Casey gave him to access his account. My question is how do I protect us?? How can I report this person?? Casey's resume was on this account with our address, phone number, etc on it. Can I do anything to change the info that the guy used to access the acc't? I changed the password a couple of times, but the dude keeps changing it, too. HELP!

Delete the account and start a new one. Leave no identifying information in the public profile.

Alternatively, I believe that Yahoo uses the birthday as an identifying piece of information, so change the birthdate on the profile so that the vile and offensive person cannot keep changing the password.
