Anybody remember seeing this (http://akas.imdb.com/title/tt0461695/) TV movie on FX a few months ago? How weird does it seem in retrospect. A category 6 (so such category exists) strikes the Gulf of Mexico and damages oil refinement sending gas prices soaring. Crude oil at 70+$ a barrel. Will FX ever show this again or release it on DVD?
That's exactly what I thought of when I heard about the pipeline and rigs shutting down. But I figured I was the only person who actually watched it, so I never mentioned it.
Apparently 30 oil tankers are being sent from Europe as we speak.

Couldn't think of the name, so I didn't know where to reference it, but yeh I saw it too. I've also been thinking about this TV movie that was on a few years ago about a Louisiana family in a near-future America impoverished by global warming induced climate change. Their home and shrimp fishing business are destroyed by a big hurricane and they become "Grapes of Wrath" type refugees.

So you're saying the Gulf Coast is about to be hit by bad CGI? :D
