Christopher Walken for Pres in 2008!?

I was amazed earlier today when a co-worker showed me a flyer stating that Christopher Walken, the actor, was going to be running for president in 2008. Here is his website:

It looks real to me. I was also told the story was featured on CNN but there has been a distinct lack of news regarding the announcement and I find that suspicious.

So what do you fellow dopers think about this? Is he qualified? Is it for real? And would you vote for him? Very interesting stuff.

Hmmm, looks for real to me.

I have to say, though, that just because I like someone's work in one field doesn't mean he's at all qualified in a completely different one. And the same priniciple applies to voting for someone just because they're famous, or charismatic, or a number of other things.

That doesn't mean I won't vote for him, either. I don't know where he stands on a number of issues other than the 4 or 5 listed on his site (business, economy, for examples), and I also don't know who my other choices are at this point.
