Well, as everyone knows, to protect Cecil's privacy, Ed stands in as a body double.

However, I have it on good authority that he attended Lollapalooza in Grant Park last summer, and a photograph showing him does exist on the Internet. It's here (http://dakotaroo.com/backblog/wp-content/Chicago%20crowd.jpg). Cecil is in the 78th row left, about 8 from the edge. :)
