Didja see the big tail on that bruiser? He is pisto. Seriously, I love cats, but if Lewis was my cat, I'd have him put down.

I don't understand "pisto".
I wonder if he is intact. I wouldn't kill him, but I'd certainly have him fixed. The owner in the clip suggested that those attacked were trying to break up a cat fight.
