I've got a song on my PC that's attributed to Groove Armada, called "Mambo Cafe." However, I can't find this song on any Groove Armada album. Did Groove Armada really record this, or is this another "Gin & Juice" by Phish mislabeling?

Prolly a mislabel... Cafe Mambo 2000 was a DJ mix album (subititled "The Real Sound Of Ibiza") and Groove Armada had a track there, Inside My Mind (Blue Skies).
The song was on their 1999 album Vertigo [13 Tracks] (http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&token=ADFEAEE57A1FDD46A87F20D79C3053CBBB72E00DDB51F8813E23454D92BB345C910E7ED749A0DAB0B8B671AB78ADE0 2CA45A099FCBE454FCD6673A2DFC93&sql=10:e80e4jn74waw), and a sample can be heard by clicking the album title link.
Inside My Mind (Blue Skies) is track #12.

That's definitely not the song.
I've posted a sample clip (about four seconds) of the song in question, so maybe someone can identify it that way.

<shrug> sorry... I looked and looked for a song with that title, and I came up with nothing. There is a compilation album with that title, and there is a song called Cafe Mambo by La Playa Sextet & Al Castellanos on their album Cha Cha Cha-Mambo, but I can't find samples to listen to.
There are several Ibiza comps called Cafe Mambo, and Groove Armada is featured on a couple of them, but what you clipped doesn't sound like anything I've heard from Groove Armada; it sounds more like a real latin-meringue-swing-big beat-dance band than an electronica group.
And although I appreciate the sample, 4 seconds is very short. All I hear is some drums and a couple of tootles on a flute. Not nearly enough to identify anything, even whether this is a dance track or a meringue-flavored thing or what.
Good luck with your search.

Thanks for your help so far. I don't want to violate any rules, so I'm not going to post a link to the entire song. However, I do have a few more short (a couple seconds each) clips, if that helps.

Got it.
The song is Moira's Theme, by Groove Armada, taken from the album Cafe Mambo '99 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/tracks/B00000JXIE/ref=dp_tracks_all_1/104-3577131-7674324?%5Fencoding=UTF8#disc_1).
The track isn't on any of their albums, AFAICT it is only available on this compilation.
<cracks knuckles> Ok, what's next? :D

I have never heard of them or this song until now, but I have to say, "Groove Armada" is one of the BEST band names I have EVER heard.
