Re Keith Richards as Papa Sparrow:

It's gone back and forth for as long as I've been paying attention. First he was in, then some hinted he wanted too much money, so he was out. Then, at one of the movie awards shows a couple of months ago, Depp said that KR would probably be in. So it's up in the air, I guess. Personally, I'd love to see him in the role. He could play a zombie with no special effects whatsoever.
