I can't spell most of it, let alone pronounce it; but I like it. My favourites (sorry about the spelling) are:

cam tay cam
nihm nuong
bahn xieo
bun cha Hanoi
tam cam bi cha thit nuong

And lest we forget, cafe sua da to drink!
