adding page numbers when printing from Adobe?

Can I add page numbers at the bottom of the page when I print from Adobe? I only have the reader version. I would like the format to be Page "X of Y".

When I'm using Adobe Photoshop, I don't call it "Adobe."
When I'm using Adobe Illustrator, I don't call it "Adobe."
When I'm using Adobe InDesign, I don't call it "Adobe."

Anyway, Jebus, have you tried a PDF printer driver like PDF995 (http://www.pdf995.com/download.html)? On that page, "Automatic Page Number" is listed as a feature so it might be worth a shot. Haven't tried it myself, though.
