When my daughter's computer starts up, I get (I'm troubleshooting here) the "do you want to run this?" pop-up window and it says it wants to run lockx.exe which is in WINDOWS/system32. I've searched, and there is no lockx.exe in system32. Does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it?

It appears to be a worm (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/lockx.exe-12353.html). Kill it hard.
