Has there ever been cases of conjoined twins sharing brain matter that lived long enough to be studied?
Was there any "weirdness" from the shared brain situation, such as shared thoughts, etc?

Not exactly what you were looking for, but related. their skulls were like one long tube, with no separation between one brain and the other. Even though the twins' brains touched, they shared no gray matter. They did, however, share intricate blood vessels, which flowed into each child's brain. . . . Twins joined at the head occur approximately once in every 2 million live births.

what about sharing of limbs? can one twin override the other, do they both feel sensation equally, etc? minor hijack, but on topic.
