I'm going back to school to take some classes in the marine sciences. I'm interested in pursuing an advanced degree in biological oceanography. Seeing as it will be at least a couple years before I apply to grad school, I wanted to start reading some oceanography journals to keep up, with the field, while I obtain my background information. So can any oceanographers recommend reputable, biological oceanography (or general oceanography) journals for me?

A few good ones:
Limnology and Oceanography
Journal of Experimental Marine Biology and Ecology
Estuarine, Coastal and Shelf Science
Estuaries
Marine Biology
Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry
Marine Geology
Which ones you should focus on depends on your specific interests, but just about everyone in the field reads L & O at least. Good luck! I hope you find some that interest you.

Wow, a post right up my alley and wevets comes in and leaves nothing to be said. ;)
(I'm published in two of these journals)
You could also check out Marine Ecology Progress Series, but that might be more ecology than oceanography.
