I recently found out two girls I went to high school with are posing nude in soft pornography for websites to make money. Now I'm a pretty liberal guy but in one case the girl's boyfriend pressured her to do it so they would have money. I am a pretty hardass kind of guy but it really saddens me that this girl is sinking to these depths. I really feel like I need to say something to her. I think her boyfriend is a piece of garbage that is dragging her down into a bad lifestyle. He is also a drugdealer and she is suffering because of his actions.

I would have put the drug dealing first in unpleasantness, but there you go.

Presumably she confided in you (how else could you be sure about the compulsion?). If so, maybe she is asking for help.

Just to complete the mournful picture, if he deals in hard drugs, would there be a threat of violence?

Other than her spitting at you, I'm intrigued as to what you think the result of this conversation will be. It takes two to tango. You are assuming she is an innocent who has been hypnotized by this Svengali of a boyfriend, and isn't greedy enough to want some spending money for wiggling her titties. Don't confuse being a hardass with being a dumbass, Stay out of it.

Ok I was drunk when I posted this and kind of regret it now. Eh, I still think it couldn't hurt to have a talk with her. I hold no delusions of coming to her rescue or anything like that. We are friends so even if it isn't particularly my business I feel I can safely express my opinion about it as a friend and if she doesn't agree so what? I won't bring it up again.

Either you are misremembering or you are lying. Please point out where in my post I in some seemingly prideful way boasted about killing the cat. I simply narrated for the most part in a straightforward way what happened and labeled my behavior disturbing. You also say I laughed about it which is patently false, and I lead nobody to that conclusion in my post. This incident happened close to ten years ago and I regret that I did it but there is nothing I can do about it now.
