Resources for paralyzed individuals

Can anyone point me to a site or sites that contain resourceful information for paralyzed individuals? I'm looking for forums, product recommendations, resources to help with everyday living, etc. Google is turning up way too many company sites.

It might be helpful to know the extent of the paralysis. The needs of a paraplegic are quite different from the needs of a quadriplegic, for example.
