Almost Famous ad song

During the TV spots for the movie "Almost Famous," there is a song playing in the background that I can't place. I tried listening to clips of the soundtrack online with no luck, since it's not on there. If anyone has seen these ads and knows the name of the artist and song, please help me! I usually can figure these things out pretty easily, but I just can't figure this one out. Anyone?. . . Anyone?

Well, I can't be sure, but the song I hear during MOST of the "Almost Famous" commercials is "Something in the AIR" by Thunderclap Newman. Is that what you're thinking of?

That song is on the soundtrack, but the clips I heard don't sound like the same song I'm thinking of. At the end of the ad, the vocals sound something like "Please, don't go away. . ." That's the song I'm looking for.
